Why Cypress furnaces need a specialist visit
ZIP 77429 and nearby Cy-Fair plans often put the furnace in a hot attic above a two-story brick home. That is a hard environment for rubber, boards, and sensors. A flame sensor that looked fine in November will not keep a burner lit in a 28°F dawn.
